You must be 18 years of age or completed high school to attend .

No participant may leave the conference premises without consent from the President of the conference, and all delegates must reside at conference premises and must report to their rooms at the designated time (s).
 

Possession of use of tobacco products, drugs, and/or alcohol is prohibited on conference grounds and will be cause for immediate dismissal.
 

Promptness is necessary for attending all meetings and at meal times, and all participants are required to bring their Bibles & conference booklets to all sessions.
 

Appropriate and modest dress is compulsory. Violations will result in being asked to change into appropriate dress.
 

All delegates are expected to behave with proper decorum and give consideration and respect to the feeling and needs of other delegates.
 

All emergencies need to be reported immediately to the conference office-bearers.
 

All participants must abide by and respect the faith and practices of the Mar Thoma Church.
